Shipping Policy

Frame 36 Photography ships most PhotoGems free anywhere in the continental United States by USPS, within 1-2 days of receipt of order.  Please expect at least 7-10 business days for delivery (possibly longer due to COVID).  Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

NOTE:  Customers may also pick up the PhotoGems in Modesto, California, at an agreed upon time and location. The customer should make a regular purchase but add a note in the cart requesting to pick up in Modesto.  Frame 36 must be in receipt of payment for the PhotoGem prior to pickup.

Exchange & Return Policy​​​

As each PhotoGem is a ONE-OF-A-KIND, it is not possible to exchange it for an identical PhotoGem.  However, it can be replaced with a different PhotoGem.

Returns and/or refunds will only be for Photogems damaged in shipment, within 30 days of the customer's receipt of order.


For a return, please e-mail Frame 36 Photography at, including a digital photo of the damaged PhotoGem and the packaging as an attachment to the e-mail, including the following information.

     1)  Title of damaged PhotoGem and size (5x7, 8x8, etc.)

     2)  Title of requested replacement PhotoGem and its size and price. *


     *Be sure to e-mail as soon as possible before the selected replacement is sold.*

If there is no PhotoGem for which the buyer would like to replace the damaged one, please still e-mail the photo of the damaged PhotoGem and packaging as an attachment at for a full refund.

Note:  If the original PhotoGem is intact but the frame was damaged in shipment, the gemstone itself can be returned for replacement of just the frame.  Please contact Frame 36 Photography at for details.

I have been lucky to have had only one PhotoGem damaged and I hope this luck will continue, but be sure I will do my best to keep my valued customers satisfied with any of my art pieces.
